Executive Assistant
Indiana Landmarks is seeking a full time Executive Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the President of Indiana Landmarks as well as general support for a variety of organizational activities.
Responsibilities include:
· Serve as liaison to the board and various board committees.
· Maintain mailing databases.
· Meeting scheduling and set-up.
· Special project administration.
· General clerical, administrative and desktop/computer support.
Qualifications:
· Three to five years of administrative experience.
· High school graduate, with some business school or college preferred.
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office systems and Internet browsers.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Superior organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is important.
