| Affiliate member South Bend Heritage used a loan from Historic Landmarks to move a c.1900 Queen Anne-style house to Chapin Street, attaching covenants and selling it to a couple who restored the home. |
A group effort. Though Historic Landmarks operates nine offices around the state, we can’t be everywhere at once. That’s why we work to help organize and strengthen local preservation groups to work as partners in preserving Indiana’s heritage.
Some local preservation groups choose to join forces with Historic Landmarks in a formal way by becoming affiliate organizations. Affiliates enjoy special organizational benefits as members of Historic Landmarks Foundation.
To find affiliate organizations and other preservation groups in your area, see the Indiana Preservation Directory.
