From Dark Pages - mystery playFridays and Saturdays in October, beginning October 8

Put your sleuthing skills to the test at the Morris-Butler House’s popular progressive mystery play From Dark Pages on Friday and Saturday nights in October. Follow clues from room to room of Indiana Landmarks’ 1865 Indianapolis mansion to find out whodunit and why. Meet colorful characters along the way, including Sherlock Holmes, H.G. Wells, Jack the Ripper, Queen Victoria, Lizzie Borden, and Edgar Allen Poe.
When: Fridays and Saturdays, October 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30. Shows at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.
Cost: $14 per person, $12 per member of Indiana Landmarks.
Note: From Dark Pages incorporates the use of strobe lights, prop firearms, and simulated fog. The audience participates in walking, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods during the 45-minute performance. If you have a condition that might be exacerbated by the special effects or which limits mobility, please inform the staff when reserving tickets. In most cases, accommodations can be made.
From Dark Pages is based on an original play written in 1992 by William A. Barton, John Burroughs, Mimi Demore, Edward and Kate Lautherback, and Toni Morris, adapted in later years by Li Rapkin, Don Barr, and James McNulty.
